Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and copyable once downloaded, refunds are governed by clear rules explained here transparently.
General rule
Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after download, since the file remains permanently with the buyer.
Cases eligible for a full refund
- The file is corrupted or doesn't work and we couldn't fix or replace it within 72 hours.
- The product differs substantially from its published description.
- You were charged without the product being made available (technical payment error).
- Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Cases not covered
- Change of mind after download.
- The product not matching personal expectations not stated in the description.
- Variation in AI results due to different tools or inputs.
- Purchasing an unsuitable license (licenses can be upgraded by paying the difference).
How to request a refund
1. Contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
2. Explain the issue, attaching a screenshot if possible.
3. Support replies within 24 hours; approved refunds are processed within 5-14 business days to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees for previous periods are not refunded.
