How do I receive my purchases?＋

Right after payment, your files appear in the Downloads page of your account with secure download links, and you receive an email confirmation.

Are download links permanent?＋

Download links are temporary (24 hours) to protect the products, but you can generate a new link anytime from the Downloads page — your ownership is permanent.

What payment methods are available?＋

We support mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. For companies we offer bank transfer via our sales team.

Can I get a refund?＋

Digital products are non-refundable after download. If a file doesn't work or differs substantially from its description, we guarantee a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

What's the difference between license types?＋

Personal: individual use in your own projects. Commercial: use in businesses and client projects. Team: a set number of employees within an organization. All licenses prohibit reselling or sharing the product.

Do prompts work with all models?＋

Each product lists its compatible tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others), and most of our prompts work with all major models.

How do I subscribe to a plan?＋

From the Pricing page, choose your plan and click Subscribe. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.

How do I become a seller?＋

Apply from the Sellers page. Our team will review your application — full seller registration opens in phase 3 of the platform launch.
