License Terms
Every product on AI Market is sold with a clear usage license. Choose the right license at purchase; its terms are displayed before checkout.
Personal License
- Use by one person only.
- For personal, non-commercial projects.
- May not be used in client work or for-profit projects.
Commercial License
- Use in your own commercial business and projects.
- Covers one business you own.
- The product may not be resold on its own or within a bundle.
Agency License
- Use in multiple client projects.
- Up to 10 client projects per year.
- The original product remains the agency's; it may not be handed to clients as a reusable file.
Team & Company License
- A set number of employees (per plan) may use the product within the organization.
- Internal use only; does not extend to external parties.
- Extended licenses for large companies are available via sales.
General restrictions for all licenses
- Reselling, sharing, publishing or uploading files to any other platform is prohibited.
- Modifying a product and selling it as a new product is prohibited.
- Using products in unlawful content is prohibited.
- License violations lead to account suspension and legal accountability.
